Pathetic service

Rocomamas Liberty Mall PMB Unprofessional staff including the store manager Brian who talk to customers pointing them on their faces without even introducing himself.

Thought I was going to have a nice time with family yesterday 08-12-2018 at Rocomamas Liberty Mall PMB after driving all the way from Durban but only to be saved a dirty meal. Found hair in my food (beef burger) and called the waitress who didn't even bother to tell us her name to let her known that I lost my appetite because of human hair which I found in my food.

She just took my food and went straight to the manager and never said a word to me , even a simple sorry. I then called her to ask who's the manager, she then call Brian, instead of Brian apologizing to me and my family he started pushing the blame to the next manager pointing to his staff, "I told the other manager to prepare your order first" . What a waste of time and money after spending R570 to receive a Pathetic service from your team, well done Rocomamas.

I request you to kindly investigate and take action against the staff on duty for their unprofessional and unhealthy dishes which are saved to loyal customers, failing which I will take up the case with the Customers Forum for stringent action against your restaurant.
