Pathetic

Tomorrow, will be 2 weeks that I haven't heard from the Manager of Rocomamas Westgate Mall, Cape Town. First time I was there and had a BAD Experience.Ordered, husbands food came out first, when he was halfway through and my food still did not come out, I enquired and was told there was a problem with my order. When I told the other waitress to please cancel my order, only then the manager came to see me. I went over to KFC, and bought me something to eat there. When I got to the table, our waitress came with my food. I told her I am sorry but I am not paying for that, as my husband is done eating, and I went to buy me something by KFC, and showed it to her. She wanted to know about the milkshake as it was part of the special, and I said I will pay for the milkshake, as it is an item on the menu. The manager stood there looking confused. After the waitress left with food, the manager told us different stories, which I personally think the customer should not know how "useless" the staff is. It has got nothing to do with the customer, he should speak to his manager or owner about the store issues. He promised to give me call later in that week after he spoke to the owner, and till to date, no phone call. I left my name and number. The Sunday morning I received a message from the waitress apologising for the mishap, blaming the store for being busy, and trust me when I say the store was not busy. So, this store will never see me, not that they care, as long as they get money everyday from other customers, they don't care about that 1 customer that they disappointed
