No service @ Rocomamas

We had the worst service or should I say no service @ all @ Roccomamas in Davenport (Helen Joseph Rd). When we got to the steps a gentleman came to remind us about our masks & take out temperatures. He didn’t bother with greeting us & walked back into the restaurant. We walked into an empty restaurant & we were ignored by the few staff members that were there including the gentleman, no menus, nothing. We stood there for a while before we approached staff that were chatting to ask if we could sit outside. We were told we could not, before the staff returned to their conversation. This is when we decided to leave. What’s sad was my daughter was excited about going to Rocomamas for the first time & had even gone through their menu on line. We ended up @ Spur on Florida where we received superb service. I don’t see us going back to Rocomamas. What a horrible experience.
