No Glasses for Water

After contemplating if I must complain or not I decided to do so, otherwise management will not be aware of what it happening.<br> <br> On Wednesday 2015/11/04 we went together with friends for the first time to RocoMamas expecting a treat but not so much:<br> o the waiter got our ordered confused as our menu papers got missing<br> o when we ordered a glass of water we could not get one as there were no more glasses available, really how is it possible that a restaurant does not have glasses available, do you not have dishwashers or a sink with water where it can be washed?<br> <br> RocoMamas Kollonade will definitely not see us again if this is the service they provide.<br>
