No Care Attitude

Saturday 23rd Sept we decided to take the kids for a burger and milkshakes at rocomamas in Durbanville for the 1st time ever after hearing so many great things.

Upon arriving we had to wait 10min for somone to clean up the table so we could go sit on, that was not the problem. 3 kids and we orderde milkshakes while waiting for the waiter to come with the food menu, 30min + wait for MILKSHAKES!!! and 3 kids - this was not fun. Howevere ... they came and were amazing - we then proceeded to order food, burgers and ribs and chips - we wanted a large and when the waiter asked who are the large for and he saw my 7year old son, he said they are really big and i suggest ordering a small/medium and we were happy with the advise and orderd a mendium. The kids then ordered ribs - NOW COME ON!!! he can see that the kids were 7 and 11 and still asked them what they want - the ribs came and NO ONE could eat them - they were so hot and full of chillies - now if he can say dont order the large chips why would he not ask if they eat CHILLIES!!! at R85 a plate that no one could eat i was not impressed. I will never be back and honestly i have no idea why so many rave about this place.... KIDS DISAPPOINTED and a bill of R835 with tip i wanted to cry!!! SHAME ON YOU
