`My last ever visit to Rocomamas Somerset Mall.

This happened a few months ago and meant to write a review sooner. I will never again set foot in the Rocomama's Somerset Mall nor order from them through a delivery service. I had dinner with my mom and when it came to the bill, our drinks had been miscalculated. I asked for it to be corrected- at the time I thought we had been overcharged. The waitress came back with a new bill and said it is actually more expensive and said she could use the old cheaper bill. With a laugh at our mistake I said yes. Though we were more than happy to pay the revised bill but since she was offering.....

The manager, I assume, arrived at our table with the scrunched up bill saying that as we had caused such a scene we will pay the correct bill. His attitude was unacceptable and down right rude. He clearly does not understand how deal with customers. It is unnecessary to be so rude over something so insignificant - it must have been R10 he was fighting with us over. The waitress, who told us after we had done nothing wrong had OFFERED to go back to the old bill.

Clearly the manager should not be dealing with customers and as a result of being spoken to in such a manner - I, nor my family or friends, will not be returning. Its a shame really, the food was divine.
