My first experience was a nightmare!!

To whom it may concern<br> <br> Firstly my experience was a nightmare to say the least!!! I Arrived at Rocomamas relatively early on a Saturday evening in East London. I was told the day before that no reservations were allowed yet when I got there some people had special preference as they were on some sort of managers list for reservations. I find this totally unacceptable there is either a reservations list for everyone or no one. Because of this \special"preference list I had to wait an hour to be seated and then a further 45 minutes to receive the food. AND to top it all off I ordered an Oreo milkshake which actually was a pathetic excuse for an Oreo milk shake. It should probably rather be advertised as a vanilla milkshake because there must have been about 5 flakes of Oreo in the entire milkshake!! The burgers were extremely small for the amount of money paid. I definitely wont be back to any of your branches in a hurry... extremely disappointed!!!!<br> """
