Misleading Red Bull competition entry

We went to Rocomamas specifically to enter their Red Bull competition. On the day the store could not help us with our entry due to issues, and I subsequently contacted Rocomamas HQ telephonically to resolve the problem. I spoke to a Barry who would have brought the issue to the attention of Rocomamas marketing manager, Adam, who has also never contacted us to resolve the issue. Since having the telephonic conversation with Barry, I have sent 7 emails to Rocomamas with NO response from ANY of the persons noted! We feel that Rocomamas has mislead us with the competition process as we could not enroll in the competition as advertised and have had zero assistance from HQ to date.
