Mall of The south roco mama's

Roco mama's mall of the south the service is ****, we waited for 35 minutes for drinks me and my fiance and when they finally arrived my milkshake had no straw no one bothered to give me one I had to wait for 20 minutes for a straw let alone food that never arrived.. The girl who was serving us told us she's a trainee well if that's the case y'all need to train your staff well cause they piece of shiit.. I too work in retail but not like this
