Lacklustre service and dishonest staff

I have thus far been very impressed with the food, ambiance and service received from Rocco Mamas I visited in Melrose Arch.<br> But my husband and I unfortunately went into the Kyalami Centre Rocco Mamas on Saturday, at around 12:30pm - which changed our entire view.<br> <br> The service was very shabby, and the lady that was serving us was lackluster to say the least - messing up our flavor orders.<br> We were happy to overlook that because the food was nice, but when it was time to pay the bill, and my husband wrote in the tip he was giving, the same lady added in an extra R50 and my husband only realized it after he had put in his pin.<br> <br> When he raised this to both her and the manager on duty - there were feeble attempts at apologizing but no one did anything to correct the situation and give us the money back or reverse the payment. We were in a hurry so we left.<br> <br> Very '*****' staff you have working at this branch - and we will definitely not be coming back there!<br> <br>
