What an uttermost **** experience I had. I urge everyone NEVER to order delivery from this branch. I ordered some time ago a delivery for 6 people. It took an hour and one of the orders was missing, after they repeated the order back to me several times. Today, the same thing happened: I ordered 6 burgers and 4 fries from Nthombi. She promised that the food will be there within 15 minutes. After an hour I phoned again asking where the food was and she said the person was on his way. The food came and again a burger was missing after she repeated the order back to me twice. This is unacceptable!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING and will NEVER order from you again! SUCH *** service I haven't experience in the ARCH. For your target market, you are missing the mark completely!!
