Incredibly disappointing handling and packaging of the food.

I ordered a hamburger but by the time it arrived, it was very wet and falling apart. I could not even pick it up without the bread breaking into a dozen little pieces. The moisture from the other food I had ordered also spread to the chips and that which my friends ordered. The bill came out to about R350, but we could not eat any of it. We had it delivered, but that is just about the last time I try delivery with them. Once we can eat in restaurants again, I will definitely give them a second chance, but it was disgusting! Such a disappointment.
