Ignored at the door

<p>The service at Roco Mama mall of Africa was terrible, my family and I waited at the door to speak to any waiter to seat us we even approached people and where blatantly ignored. The place was indeed busy but a simple "give me a moment" would have been appreciated. My mother tried to intervene when she saw I was not having any luck and even she had the same treatment as me. I will never subject myself to such ill-treatment ever again. </p>
