IDENTITY IMPOSTER / NOT WILLING TO HELP

I am writing to bring to your attention my concerning and complain with a matter related to identity that has been used at your company. On 2023/10/11 , I discovered that there was an RIP5 submitted to SARS which has led me in owing Tax revenue an amount of R4 426.30. This has had a significant impact as have tried to get assistance from Keketso 2023/10/11 made several calls with no help but was informed to leave email address and will be assisted till to date no response.

I kept on trying tom get assisted but am being sent from pillar to post on the 2023/10/25 spoke with Thandi who promised to help however till to date nothing is happing. One I never worked at Rocomama’s in Rand Parkridge but the amount owing to SARS shows the company name, 2nd how can a company hire a person without background checks and confirming employment history before hiring a person. This has caused lot of stress waiting for help but without any effort from the people that are managers or store supervisors with still raise the red flag of how they run the process of recruitment.

The encounter I had with trying to resolve the matter has caused a toll of stress and SARS request the formal letter written to confirm that I never worked for Rocomama’s and my name to be removed as it appears to be active on IRP5 system however not on a single day I was working for this company. The matter has been also escalated to my HR due to no assistance from Thandi nor Keketso. This level of incompetence is draining and time consuming as no feedback is being provided back to me.

I believe this is last attempt to have the resolved as my HR advised that we take this further if no valid response as this proves poor recruitment services. Please provide urgent feedback has been receiving nonstop emails from SARS with the outstanding balance and they been informed of this matter as well since no help received from your ends. We are expecting the feedback before the end of Thursday, or this will be escalated further since I am being taken for a ride and I am being given empty promises for assistance.

I kindly request that this be sorted out soon . I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
