I visited the Westgate Mall branch on the 8 July 2021 in the evening. It was our first time purchasing from your Rocomamas. I order x2 cheese burgers with fries and wings with fries and a blue cheese dip. I repeatly asked the cashier to add the dip. She said sure no problem. When our order was ready, I noticed she sealed the bag. I asked her 3 times had she packed everything in, did she make sure the dip is in the bag and she said yes and I asked again and she insisted everything is fine. I live in Mandalay, when we got home and I opened the bag the dip was missing. I immediately called the store and she acknowledged that I repeatedly asked her to make sure everything is packed in. After I asked her how going to resolve this, she says to me oh the dip is not free. She assumed I didn't want to pay for it. I was so upset, I am not poor firstly. Why would I order something I was not going to pay for. The response of your staff towards me is disgusting. What made the experience even worse, was that the food was horrible! The burgers was drenched in mayo, definitely not cheeseburgers. The wings was so dry! I will never be purchasing from you again. Apparently I don't look rich enough to be able to pay for dip. For being treated in such manner it was not worth it.
