Horrible service

I’m so disappointed from the service I got from Roccomamas MOA, me and my family go there on Fridays to have dinner and yesterday 20/10/2023 we ordered milkshakes like we always do and I made a huge mistake by not tasting my 5 year olds chocolate milkshake. My son couldn’t finish it and I decided to finish it before we leave only to find that the milk was off, the smell was awful!!! We called the waitress (Lelo) and just asked her to smell the glass and she said “something was off” but she also suspected the milk. She went to get her manager (Xolani) who was super defensive without even apologising that this happened. He took the milkshake to the kitchen and came back with a chocolate sauce and said, please taste this, this is how our sauce tastes and smells. My husband asked if he was ok with us asking a random customer to smell and taste our sons milkshake and he said no. We asked him if he was happy with the smell and he said no but he was still adamant that that’s how their sauce smells like. I was shaking the whole time because I’m scared for my son who doesn’t know anything about what he just ate. This guys wasn’t willing to take accountability and resolve this and I decided to pay our bill and leave. I’m still shocked by this kind of service and how they respond to customers.
