Horrible Service

<p>I ordered 2 double smash burgers with wings from Rocomamas yesterday via phone. I was told that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. To be safe, I got there in 15 minutes hoping to pay and get back home. </p> <p>On arrival, my order was taken incorrectly as single burgers. I was asked to wait for them to fix. I had to wait a further 10 minutes without an apology. </p> <p>This is not the first time. Previously I was given burgers that were burnt and on another occasion I ordered wings with Blue cheese sauce only to find that the blue cheese sauce was not there when I got home. Am I supposed to get back into my car just for Blue cheese sauce. The service at Cresta crossing has been horrible on more than one occasion. Even the experience at McDonalds is better and the food is cheaper. This is totally unacceptable. </p>
