Horrible service

So on Saturday I went to Rocomamas in seapoint Cape Town with my friend we ordered drinks 2 milk shakes salted caramel and bubblegum we ordered 2 starters feta cheese bombs, nachos and then the rib and wings special

Our drinks came after our starters IT WAS LITERALLY SITTING ON THE WALL INFRONT OF US still joked with my friend if I must go rather fetch them myself.

Then our starters came and it was the wrong ***** we got jelopino bombs instead of feta. The manager was the only plus point through out all our main meal came and there was more fat on the ribs than anything else I asked for a take away box rather. The manager had to keep attending to us when we wanted stuff our waiter well I guess she just didn’t care about serving us. I’m in the industry also a manager at a well known restaurant. I was shocked to see that the waiters just simply didn’t care. We seated our self and had to ask for a menu the waiter came over and acted surprised that we sitting there. Like I said we literally had to ask the manager for everything. Now I’m all for leaving 10% tip or even more but when our bill came the debate was should we tip this girl who literally did not make us feel welcome at all. We eventually tipped her R53 on a R700 bill. Just had an over all disappointing visit and like I said the only person who actually regularly checked on us was the nice manager on duty that Saturday afternoon
