Horrible Horrible Burgers Rocomamas!

We had an extremely **** experience with our Rocomamas order on Friday. We ordered from the Rocomamas Town Square store in Roodepoort.

We ordered 7 burgers, and had an issue with each burger. This is totally unacceptable! The order before this, we didn't receive any of our chips with our order. Same store! They are totally messing up our love for Rocomamas!

The following was the issues we had:

NO caramelised onions on any of the three bacon, caramelised onion and cheese burger orders NO extra smash with the Cheese & Bacon burger The Ollydodger looked completely different from the online pic, was dry and ****ty! Look at the horrible quality of the burgers we received! It's a disgrace!

We want a full refund or a decent replacement meal!
