Horrible customer service in Boksburg

Took my sister for lunch ant the Boksburg branch next to east point mall and ordered the nacho chilli con carne, asked the manager Octo why that specific dish has no chilli and he said because that’s how they make it now. Why not change the name? I’m appalled at the customer service because the fixable thing would’ve been to just remake my food with chilli. Anyways, I took it back and I’m never coming back. The bathrooms were also such a mess.
