HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!!!!

So on Heritage day i took my family to your Canal Walk branch for some lunch. Upon eating my starter i was chewing on a the chicken from the buffalo wings and noticed the waiter walking over to our table. As he stood next to me i could feel sommething weird in my mouth and pulled a hair out of my mouth. With the waiter witnessing this, the waiter went to the manager (who by the way never came over to apologize) offered me something else off the menu. I gulped my beer and tried to shove the experiience out of my mind as i felt i wanted to gag. The manager of the branch never came over to apologize and put the pressure on the assistant manager , Charlie, to sort out the matter. I have to mention that i visit your restaurant quite often and the N1 city branch. I asked what is the manager going to do seeing that we found a hair in my food/mouth. I was given a R100 off. I sat for an entire week thinking about what happened and feel disgusted that this was the solution to this issue. I want to be called by the manager on duty that day and want to hear his/her explanation as to why we could not be graced his/her presence. I was with my children so i did not want to cause a scene so i swallowed my pride and decided i will take this up on another day. IM WAITING FOR YOUR CALL.
