Great Service, Great Environment

As a regular customer at this specific Rocomamas branch, I came in yesterday to grab a takeaway feeling a little under the weather from a cold. One of the waiters, Mike, went the extra mile to take my order and make me feel at home. He then went on to make me a cup of hot water with lemon and honey to ease the cold symptoms - without my request. Just going the extra mile.<br> <br> Great display of customer-centricity. Really appreciated the gesture.
