Great Customer Service

I would like to praise the great service I received at the Glenwood Rocomamas on Sunday, I had a minor issue with the chilli cheese fries, a small issue I was willing to overlook, I guess the nice waitress Bongiwe felt she needed to inform the manager.

Soon after the manager, Tman, came to my table and enquired more about my minor issue and reassured me they would try and fix it in his words and I quote “we like to see smiles on our customers faces not only that but for them to come back and eat with us again” – I thought that was amazing. We, black customers, usually complain about the bad customer service we often encounter at such establishments but the type of service and customer care shown by the staff at the Glenwood Rocomamas was nothing short of extraordinary and I hope they will maintain the same level of professionalism.
