Goodbye and Good Riddence: Rocomamas

Tonight we had the WORST night EVER! Seven of us went for dinner to Rocomamas Craighall. We arrived at 6pm. By 8:15 only four of us had received our meal. One by one, each finishing the meal before the next arrived. We finally left without the 3 missing meals. People who arrived 40min after us at before us, it also appeared that the hordes of takeaway orders were given preference to us. In addition to the frustration of waiting, was the absolute disregard from the management. They knew we were unhappy (we complained many times) so they proceeded to avoid us. We received no apology. We were most upset, as we have until now been very fond of Rocomamas but we will not be returning there. We also suggest that the management is told about this and given some training in how to deal with customers.
