Going the extra mile :)

A big thank you to everyone at Roccomamas at Carnival Mall. I placed a telephone order for collection. When I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They repeated my order to me, opened each container to show me the contents inside (just to make sure that everything was correct) and they checked every item on my slip with me too. I know that this may seem trivial to some, but I appreciate the extra time and effort taken. These days, frustrations happen often when the incorrect order is in your takeaway box or you have been overcharged for items or paid for items not received. Well done to everyone there and thank you for going the extra mile :) We will definitely be back!!
