Glass in my milkshake

I bought a milkshake at Rocomamas in on 31/08/20 through Uber Eats, I drank the milkshake and found what I thought was a chunk of ice only to find out after I bit into it that it is glass. I continued drinking and wrote it off as a mistake however I kept on surfing the milkshake before I swallowed and thank goodness I did because before I even got to the 3rd sip after finding the first glass I found another small piece if glass that's when I stopped drinking and realised that there is a possibility that I had already ingested small pieces of glass, I took it back to the restaurant the manager Figo was apologetic an sympethised with me as I told him I'm pregnant he asked me to not take it further and calm down he will give me anything I want and that my husband and I can come have a meal on the house anytime which I declined he further apologised and explained how the glass ended up in my milkshake the rack of glasses fell over the icecream machine and there are glasses that broke and the icecream machine lid doesn't close he told me that they were aware of this and they know they need to replace it to me that already is negligence on their part and risking with peoples lives if this is how they operate as I told the manager I will not be ordering from them again and I will be reporting this to the health department
