From Great to Yuck

ROCOMAMAS - NEWMARKET MALL - ALBERTON This branch produced STUNNING food; a bit slow getting it done because Mr Delivery gets preference, but burgers always were freshly made, juicy and tasty. On Saturday 24th this changed. The Bacon Cheese Guacamole wasn’t too bad but we saw no guacamole and the patty dry. Must have been a synthetic sauce because it didn’t look like avocado.

The Mushroom Swizz burger was yucky! Patties were as dry as a bone, probably made on Friday and warmed up and there was a lack of the Swizz sauce, it was more like chopped sauteed mushrooms. This burger was always so juicy and tasty but there was a distinct lack of sauce this time. I ordered a double patty which made the burger even drier. For R42 extra pr patty surely you could add some extra Swizz????!!! The Cheese Fries were not fresh and were ice cold when I got home. Old chips warmed up. Yuck! I emailed a complaint to Rocomama's, got an acknowledgement to say the branch will respond but nothing forthcoming. From what I see on this site there is no policy of investigating complaints. You're on a slippery slope.....downhill....you won't see me again.
