Forced to tip at Rocomamas Stone ridge

My niece and nephews,and 2 kids went to rocomamas in Stone ridge on the 30th Jan 2021, my 8yr old broke a glass by mistake. They were charged R17 for the glass and forced to tip the waitress R60 as they had to cough up R10 each between the 6 of them. What the hell is that, now we are forced to tip even for bad service. Come on they paid R17 for the glass and already pre-calculated the tip on the bill. Its nonsense, never again.
