******* food received at my expence

A had a horrible experience and wasted my R350 buying food at Menlyn Rocomamas, had to wait 45min for my food(take aways) yet people who came to have lunch there were served food before I received my order then when I arrived home unpacking my order it has two wings, 2 cheese and 2 potato *****(nonsense and waste of my money). Service is very bad. R350 was too much for the platter I ordered. My order no was 15, take away. The slabs were worse it's like they took someone else's left overs and packed them for me, the lady who packed my meal didn't even bother to check the doggy boxes given to her she just put them in a bag, I don't think those were mine. I have a picture of the pathetic food I received. Bad service, bad food outlet. I'm so bored, when I go to Menlyn shopping center I always go to Rocomamas but what I've experienced today was horrible. I can't eat this food now cos it looks like leftovers. Chips were cold, few strips yhooo aiii I'm devistated. Disappointed indeed, I won't refer anyone to buy takeaways there, maybe they do this knowing one won't check their food in the store cos they ceal or rather staple the bag before it's being handed to the buyer. What a waste of money, I need to be compensated for my cash cos I received *******. Lerato
