food from hell

<p>We ordered burgers,chips,wings and the ribs we had to wait long time for our food to be served. After waiting for that long they served us with cold n burnt fried chips n our ribs were not on the order ,we had to wait for another hour for them and when we reported to the manager Ryan he went and shouted at our waitress in front of everyone including all the customers without even asking any questions that's just unprofessional and the person who was suppose to be punished was not @ all which was not fair and he did not even apologise to us.it was not even at a pick hour imagine if it was pick hour the disaster it would have been.we also ordered side sauce it never came it was chaotic and we couldn't eat our food because it was late and cold .</p>
