Extremely Poor Service & Food

Had the worst experience at the new Rocco Mamas Eastgate firstly our food took longer to arrive it seemed they burnt our first order and needed to redo the order

The waiter then started to avoid us delaying our order for almost 2hrs the food then arrived cold tasteless we were 3 seemed they forgot the 3rd order my friend had to wait an extra 30mins what a nightmare the bill reached almost R600 for poor service and poor food really disappointed I have never had such a bad experience from a restaurant before it’s a traumatic experience
