Disgusting Burger and chips

bought 2 burgers and chips at roco at blackheath 3rd July at 18.37pm..burger and old chips was ice cold and very chewy...onions was very very sweet that made the burger uneatable..when I removed the onion the meat tasted old and disgusting, I discarded it in the dustbin where it belonged...willnot buy a burger again at Roco Mamas..just lost R179.00...wat a *******
