Complaint- Roco Mamas Menlyn

Good evening

I would like to lodge a complaint against your restaurant in Menlyn and Adriaan. I ordered this afternoon x3 retro swags plus medium chip x2.

I waited for my order for like 20 minutes and he gave me the food but I didn’t check. When I got home 30 minutes ago I found out that I only had two packet mediums chips with 3 burgers instead of 6 burgers.

Now I stay in Garankuwa but I work in Santam in Menlyn. I was so inconvenienced and its school holidays.

I just want to know if I will be reimbursed for the burgers that I have not received or what?

More frustrating I have been calling the number provided on the invoice is not right number for the Menlyn roco mamas as it cuts and does not go through.
