Complaint about service

Not handled the correct way. Order was placed at 17:29 and after an hour,order was still not ready. The way the waiter who handle the online orders walked already towards me with an attitude. Saying when I asked why my order is not ready, she rep**** “well the machine did not pull the order through, we are busy doing it” There was no reassurance or apology for this. And when the food was finally done, she said “here”. I repeat again no apology for the inconvenience, nothing. This was an error which I would understand if it was explained to me in a positive attitude. It was heart broken to see as we go there for the begin they opened, and never was I treated like that. And to top it the manager was looking and did nothing.
