Complaint about canceling online order

They made me wait 2 hours for an order online pushing towards closing time, then cancel it, that time shops are closed on a Sunday, the money was reversed back onto my account, they cost me bank charges and a whole 2 hours of hunger waiting for nothing #Roccomamas Potchefstroom.
