Complaint

We were served by Babalwa, first of all she was not friendly and didn’t even break a smile, she looked like she was in a hurry and we ordered waffles that we never got and when asked to make our food take away she just left the boxes on our table and we had to ask again for sauce containers and she came with one when she saw we had two different sauces and we had to ask for another one and our bill. She took forever to bring the bill and I ended up going to the till to ask for it and she came rushing and brought it, then she didn’t bring the card machine and I had to stand up again and ask for it. Their service was very poor and it was not even busy I am very disappointed at the Rocomamas at the Colony Randburg
