Complain about the service

I had a terrible experience at Castle Gate Rocomamas, from the moment we walked in we were not greeted or served immediately we had to call one of the waiters to actually come and assist us. The stuff members were louder than the music! We waited for more than 20 minutes to get served and weren’t satisfied !
