Cold Food Disgusting service

We ate at Rocomamas Newcastle for my birthday, with high expectations. We were utterly disappointed & disgusted. We had the rudest, most awful service from the staff. Our first round of food was completely wrong, but the chips were literally still FROZEN!!! They did replace it, but even then the food wasn't great. You'll never ever ever see is again! Was a complete waste of money. They're prices are also ridiculous. Thanks for ruining my birthday.
