Cardboard burgers and old hard rolls

<p>I have been to this Rocomamas branch 3 times, 2 take aways and 1 sit down meal. I prefer driving to the Rosebank, Mall of Africa, or Lonehill branch. This branch is not as friendy as the Rosebank staff, the Rosebank manager is always super friendly. The cheese burger i bought for take away, which i had to park and walk in the rain for, was terrible!!! the patty was dry, probably because I watched the friller flatten then every 5 minutes and squeeze all the juice out, and the roll was so hard. It was unedible. I could not eat it. The worst rocomamas experience i have ever had. I would have called but i was at the branch when i saw that there was only 1 cashier helping for takeaways and anwering the phone. There were waiters and someone who resembled a manager stadning outside not being much help on this very busy evening, mothers day of all days! </p> <p>I suggest anyone who wants a rocomamas goes to any other brand because every experince has been pathetic! </p>
