Card clowning

On the 2nd of July was my daughters birthday.my wife is a pensioner,saved to take us for dinner at Rokomamas Kenilworth as we often frequent the outlet and we are crazy for their.food.she paid with her card that she saved the R650 and paid for it.only to discover a few days later her card has been cloned,and purchased we made from abroad and locally..the matter was reported to the Manager Junaid and he was gonna look into the matter waiting on an answer ever since July...we don't want a free meal or score a free meal.it was all the inconvenience and the running around to cancell the transactions and to get a new account number from her bank..all proof were send to the manager Junaud @ Rocomamas in Kenilworth..hello Peter
