Canal Walk Rocomamas bad service

On Sundays during lockdown we buy takeaways from Rocomamas at Canal Walk as a treat. We have always had quality food and good service however, last Sunday 2 August we were greatly disappointed at the service. We returned home with our package of burgers and fries but when we took the food out one order for turbo charged fries had not been included. I immediatelly phone the store and spoke to the young lady who had handed us our order. I told her that the fries had not been put into the package. She insisted they had been. I was taken aback as I was prepared to drive back to the store to collect them but she was adamant that they had been included basically implying that I was lying. I strongly recommend that Rocomamas train their staff to deal with customer complaints in a polite way giving the customer the benefit of the doubt as in this case I seriously doubt we will be returning to this company again. After purchasing an order for over R300 there is seriously no reason to lie about an order for R35 fries. Very disappointed!!
