Burger bun burnt

<p>Tonight I bought a burger and chips from Rocomamas in Potchefstroom. When I got home, the bun was toasted to a extent of being burnt, that I had to throw away the top piece of the bun. Why is it neccessary to toast burger buns in the first place? As far as I know, I never ordered a toasted samdwitch but a plain burger. Now I basically wasted R77, as I dont have the time to drive back all the way to the store for a replacement. I suggest in the future that there be a option for the burger to be toasted or not, as I for one HATE toast, and I don't order burgers with the expectation of the bread being toasted.</p>
