Breakfast in a deep bowl

I ordered a breakfast today. It arrived in a deep bowl: chips, folded egg, bread, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, baked beans. All these on top of each other. How does a civilised person eat this out of a deep bowl. The waiter said that's how they do it and when i asked for a flat normal plate I was told I could not have one. So I had my coffee and paid for this so called breakfast without eating it and left. Please management go to other restaurants and see how they serve breakfast. You might think it is cool to serve breakfast in a deep bowl but believe me the human race has progressed. You are totally idiotic and barbaric.
