Black Friday Bad Service

We bought burgers, chips en ordered thinks. We waited and waited until we called other waiter to find out about our food. When it came the whole order was cold.

They took it back to warm it, but my fillet was burned and we were asked if the food is not cold due to the fan that was on top of our table.

We called the white guy that was not wearing uniform, he did not even want to listen to what we were saying instead he told us that he will call the manager for us. He came back saying "unfortunately the manager is very busy in the kitchen "
