Bad service ever 😡😞

Am so disappointed with the service I got at Rocco mamas "Southgate" they have enough staff but useless I was there on Saturday the 19th Nov 22 , the restaurant wasn't that busy but I had to wait 1hr for my food.... the money that I paid for my food wasn't worth it didn't get some of the things I ordered. I even told one of the waiters she apologized and wanted to offer me free bee's I didn't even want that I was angry... Guess what when I told my friend later who was there earlier she also had the same experience... So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else , I can imagine month end how do they handle the pressure cs WOOOOW!!!! Even the meat wasn't nice it was it was made while frozen
