Bad service and incorrect order

They made me wait for more than an hour and when my order arrived it was cold ad guess what the full order was not there. Peopl need to own up to the damn mistakes of packing incorrect orders. This is not a cheap restaurant in the first place, so when people support we deserve better service. I expect to be refunded for the whole order. I don't think I'll make use of the restaurant again. People with brains should have checked before just handing the order over to the delivery guy.
