Bad service and food quality

Went to the restaurant on Friday 2nd February Absolutely disappointed with the service and food quality. The waiter had no clue what he was doing. Took out order 45mins still no drinks and the food came through in dribs and drabs . Evenly the manager took over…. The restaurant was basically empty and it was only 7:30 pm
