Bad service

RocoMamas in Randpark Ridge just gave me the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I ordered my food at 17:20 online, I got to the establishment at 17:45 and my food was not ready yet. At 18:20 I query my order and to find out my order wasn't even started yet, that time when I got there I was told its almost ready. I only got my order at 18:40.

Then the chips are just dry .

I will never return to any RocoMamas establishment, the service is pathetic!!!!!!
