Bad Managers at Rocomamas Southgate

My boyfriend and I were at Rocomamas at Southgate on Sunday 06 February 2022. The service we received was generally great, our waitress was friendly and our food was delicious.

However, the peace was terribly disturbed by two individuals (a male and a female) whom I assume to be manangement at the establishment. The two took turns shouting at the staff members and reprimanding them. I found it very disturbing as the two were very loud and spoke in a very rude manner, thus, making it very uncomfortable for my boyfriend and I as patrons. We even had to move to a different table to get away from the noise.

I understand that if staff members are in the wrong, their actions need to be rectified. However, I also believe strongly in professionalism and mutual respect. It was an unpleasant experience and I am terribly disappointed in the management at Rocomamas Southgate.
