Bad management skills

As a family we went to Rocomomas Dolphin leap as we heard there was new management, though we enjoyed the meals prepared it was disheartening to see how cruel and condescending management can be towards staff especially young waitrons.The young man think he is Muslim and this is a holy month for them who served us has was hurled abuse by a very arrogant Indian manager, we felt sorry for the waiter as we could see he was trying his best. If this is how Rocomommas treat their staff then they should rather close their doors and brush up on people skills because your staff are people too
